ABOUT LLA

LLA is a lifestyle brand that was created to the response of the overwhelming amount of waste produced by the fashion industry.   Textile recycling is for both, environmental and economic benefits. It avoids many polluting and energy intensive processes that are used to make textiles from fresh materials.

The textile recycling industry manages to keep, "4 million tons of waste out of landfills annually. This is a relatively small number as each year over 12 million tons of textile waste is produced." If we were able to keep more of that waste out of landfills it would contribute significantly to reducing America’s overall waste stream.

LLA feels accountable to take part in this sustainable movement by using overstock fabric from designers and manufacturers, which if not used would end up in landfills.  By supporting us, you are supporting the sustainable made in the USA movement!
